Mrs. Padma Dayanand (CEO)

With more than 25 years of experience in the IT Industry, she has a proven track record of success in the business leadership role. She has had a long stint with IBM in various capacities, starting off as Program Manager at IBM Innovation Center in 2000 to becoming the Country System Software Business Leader–India/South Asia at IBM India Pvt Ltd in 2011. In her last assignment at IBM India Pvt Ltd, she headed the Program and Strategy Leader-University Relations, Talent Development at the India Systems Development Lab (ISDL), from 2013 to 2016. She was also instrumental in building and leading the state of art Partner Center-IBM Innovation Center for the Independent Software Vendors/System Integrators to conduct various technical enablements.

Her area of expertise includes sales, support, learning and development, university relations, project management, program management, consulting, customer relationship, performance testing, sizing and people management. In her career, she has worked with clients in the banking and finance, automobile industry and various system integrators such as TCS, Wipro and ISV’s Polaris, KLG  Software, Nucleus Software and Infosys.

Mrs. Shaila Shringi (Director - HR & Placement)

An experienced and senior HR professional, Mrs. Shaila has handled end-to-end recruitments of candidates in IT, telecom, banking and financial services, advertising and media services, finance & accounts, supply chain and logistics, healthcare, engineering and construction, and FMCG sectors. She has good success rate in terms of placement.

She has expertise in client management, client meeting, screening candidates, conducting interviews, team management and job posting. Besides, Shaila is also looking after operations such as reporting, HR activities and conducting interview onsite for senior profiles for H1B Visa.

Mrs. Priyadarshini (Director - Sales and Marketing)

Armed with a Degree in Education and well qualified in CRM,  Mrs. Priyadarshini understands the challenges in the area of teaching and training. She loves to impart the same in the most creative way so as to have a lasting impression on the heart and mind of the learners. Her rich experience in CRM supports process enablement.

Mrs. Manisha Sharma (Director - Strategic Alliance)

A qualified teaching professional, Manisha holds a Master’s Degree in Science, Post Graduate Certification in Applied Computing and Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the Christ University. She strives to make a useful contribution to society by sharing her knowledge and fulfilling her passion for teaching and constant learning.

Mr. Udayabhanu Das (Head - Business Development )

Mr Udaya brings with him more than 60 quarter of experience of delivering cost effective, high performance technology solutions to meet challenging business demands. Over the years, he helped build pre-sales and marketing capabilities, led solution design, incubated and grew several new client relationships. High level of moral and ethical standards, business pulse, good penchant for taking up challenges in some of the very complex opportunities and propositioning a much grandeur scale of innovative solution which is valued by customers. His experience spans across companies like IBM and Huawei to work with and many Fortune 1000 companies to work for as end-customers.
